Sarah Pearce BSc is a qualified and experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor with additional Level 3 specialist training in Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise & Nutrition. A military veteran, her professional involvement in Sport and Exercise began over 15 years ago. Sarah has undergone additional training in order to further help her clients who are living with pelvic floor dysfunction and/or abdominal separation.
A member of the Guild of Pregnancy & Postnatal Exercise Specialists, as a mom of 2 young children herself, Sarah is self-employed and is currently working to empower the women of New Brunswick with the knowledge they need to make safe & realistic choices for their personal fitness journey during pregnancy and beyond. Oh, and we have a lot of fun making new friends too!
